Effects of Epigeic Earthworms on Decomposition of Wheat Straw and Nutrient Cycling in Agricultural Soils in a Reclaimed Salinity Area:A Microcosm Study被引量:2

Earthworms, one of the most important macroinvertebrates in terrestrial ecosystems of temperate zones, exert important influ-ences on soil functions. A laboratory microcosm study was conducted to evaluate the influence of the earthworm Eisenia fetida on wheat straw decomposition and nutrient cycling in an agricultural soil in a reclaimed salinity area of the North China Plain. Each microcosm was simulated by thoroughly mixing wheat straw into the soil and incubated for 120 d with earthworms added at 3 different densities as treatments: control with no earthworms, regular density (RD) with two earthworms, and increased density (ID) with six earthworms. The results showed that there was no depletion of carbon and nitrogen pools in the presence of the earthworms. Basal soil respiration rates and metabolic quotient increased with the increase in earthworm density during the initial and middle part of the incubation period. In contrast, concentrations of microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass quotient decreased in the presence of earthworms. Earthworm activity stimulated the transfer of microbial biomass carbon to dissolved organic carbon and could lead to a smaller, but more metabolically active microbial biomass. Concentrations of inorganic nitrogen and NO-3 -N increased significantly with the increase in earthworm density at the end of the incubation (P < 0.05), resulting in a large pool of inorganic nitrogen available for plant uptake. Cumulative net nitrogen mineralization rates were three times higher in the ID treatment than the RD treatment.

中国富硒玉米的生产与富硒效应被引量:31

为了了解当前富硒玉米生产现状、生产方式方法和富硒效果,对富硒玉米的进一步开发生产提供科学指导,提高其生产效率,通过对中国近35年来的富硒玉米相关文献进行统计分析。结果表明,硒肥的施用方式以叶面喷施肥为主,以在抽雄期喷施亚硒酸钠效果最好,最适喷施浓度为40-70 mg/kg。有64.5%的样本促进了玉米的生长,提高了玉米产量,平均增幅8.5%;有35.5%的样本呈现出产量下降趋势,平均减产14.0%。资料中的玉米硒含量的中位值为0.211 mg/kg,按照陕西省地方标准(DB61/T556—2012)所规定的玉米中全硒含量0.15-0.30 mg/kg的要求,仅有11.5%的产品符合富硒标准,硒含量超标的样本高达44.2%,这也为富硒玉米的安全生产发出了警报,为富硒玉米的进一步开发生产提供科学指导。

蚓粪腐殖酸对Cd2+的吸附作用研究被引量:6

以蚯蚓粪中提取到的腐殖酸为研究材料,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析了蚓粪腐殖酸的功能基团组成,考察了pH、Cd^2+初始浓度和吸附时间对蚓粪腐殖酸吸附Cd^2+的影响,得到蚓粪腐殖酸对Cd^2+的最佳吸附条件。研究结果表明:蚓粪腐殖酸的红外光谱特征吸收峰主要位于3300~3600 cm-1,主要功能基团为羧基、羟基和胺基;pH小于4.0时,蚓粪腐殖酸对Cd^2+的吸附效果较差,近中性条件下吸附效果最佳;Cd^2+初始浓度对吸附效果影响较大,Langmuir模型模拟得到Cd^2+的最大饱和吸附量为4.47 mg/g;蚓粪腐殖酸对Cd^2+的吸附作用较为稳定,吸附40 min后基本达到饱和;蚓粪腐殖酸对Cd^2+有较强的吸附能力,为土壤Cd^2+污染修复提供参考。

Molecular toxicity of earthworms induced by cadmium contaminated soil and biomarkers screening被引量:4

Earthworms(Eisenia fetida) were used to study the impact of low-dose cadmium in treated artificial soil(0,0.6,3,6,15,30 mg/kg) and contaminated natural soil(1.46 mg/kg).The changes of earthworms' physiological related gene expressions of metallothionein(MT),annetocin,calreticulin and antimicrobial peptides were detected using real-time PCR after a 70-day incubation period.The results showed that low doses of cadmium could up regulate earthworms' MT and down regulate annetocin gene expression and show a significant positive and negative correlation respectively.The expression of two other genes,calreticulin and anti-microbial peptides,was induced at low doses of cadmium(highest gene expression at 0.6 mg/kg for calreticulin and 6 mg/kg for anti-microbial peptides) and inhibited at high doses.No significant correlation was found for these two genes.This study shows that MT and annetocin genes expression found in earthworms in contaminated soil have the potential to be developed as biomarkers of soil cadmium pollution.

富硒蚯蚓的培养及其硒富集作用研究被引量:6

以赤子爱胜蚓为生物载体,在蚯蚓饲料中添加亚硒酸钠进行富硒蚯蚓培养试验,利用蚯蚓的生物富集作用将无机硒转化为有机硒。以存活率、硒含量为优化指标,研究5种硒浓度(20、40、60、80、100 mg·kg-1)和4种培养时间(第15、30、45、60 d)对蚯蚓生长和硒含量的影响规律,筛选存活率高、硒含量高、培养时间短的富硒蚯蚓培养方法。试验结果表明:蚯蚓饲料中亚硒酸钠含量越高、培养时间越长,蚯蚓的存活率越低,硒含量越高,且当硒添加量为80 mg·kg-1,培养时间为45 d时,培养条件最优,此时蚯蚓体内硒含量可达33.25 mg·kg-1。
