Effects of Water-Soluble Co-Solvent on Properties of W/O Pickering Emulsions

Effects of water-soluble co-solvents (WSCs)on the properties of water/oil Picketing emulsions were investigated. Picketing emulsions were prepared in the system of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene (TMB)/hydrophobic sil- ica/water with varied concentrations of WSCs (ethanol, acetic acid and glycerin). Mean droplet diameter distribu- tions of the obtained emulsions were studied to investigate the effects of WSCs types and concentrations. The results demonstrated that mean droplet diameter distributions decreased at first and then increased with the increase of WSC concentration. Moreover, the effect of WSC concentration on the phase inversion locus was further investi- gated. At the same time, infrared radiation (IR)spectrometer was used to investigate the mechanism. The results showed that the WSC attaching on hydrophobic silica changed the wettability of the particles, which facilitated the formation and phase inversion of the emulsion. The hydrogen bonds between the co-solvent groups attaching on the solid particles made a great effect on the droplet size of the emulsion and strengthened the interaction among emulsifiers. Overall, proper WSC was in favor of the stability of Picketing emulsion.

沥青树脂基复合球形活性炭的制备及研究被引量:6

以高软化点煤沥青和热塑性酚醛树脂为主要原料,机械混合均匀后,采用悬浮法制备沥青/树脂基复合球形活性炭。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N2物理吸脱附仪、颗粒强度测定仪,对复合球的表面形貌、孔道结构和机械强度进行表征。实验结果表明:树脂的加入不仅能够拓宽球形活性炭的孔径分布,而且能够有效地提高球形活性炭的机械强度。树脂含量为30%的球形活性炭BET表面积为1049m2/g,总孔容为0.62cm3/g,平均孔径为8.8nm,同时机械强度达6.2N。通过苯的静态吸脱附测试研究了沥青树脂基球形活性炭的吸附性能,结果表明:复合球形活性炭基本上保持了沥青基球形活性炭的快速吸脱附性能,树脂的加入并没有明显延长复合球形活性炭对苯的吸脱附时间。

氯化铵应用研究进展被引量:4

在中国,氯化铵主要用作氮肥,附加值很低,严重制约了联碱企业的经济效益,而且存在氯资源浪费、长期施用易造成土壤板结等问题。文章分析了中国在氯化铵应用中的不合理状况,介绍了国内外氯化铵应用工艺研究现状,对以氯化铵为原料制取氨气、氯化氢、氯气、氯代烃等其他化工产品的工艺进行了分析比较,表明以氯化铵为原料制备氨气、氯化氢或氯气的工艺虽然在特定领域有着一定的应用,但并不适合从整体上解决中国数量庞大的氯化铵出路问题。提出了氯化铵参与乙炔氢氯化和乙烯氧氯化合成氯乙烯的工艺路线,能够充分利用氯化铵中的氯资源并产出高附加值的氯乙烯产品,对解决中国氯化铵不合理利用现状具有重要的参考和指导意义。

微通道内液-液两相流研究进展被引量:12

从流型、传质和应用3个方面,介绍了近年来微通道内液-液两相流的研究进展。液-液两相流型研究内容主要有两部分,即流型的观察、流型谱图的绘制以及考察多种因素对流型的影响,但是具有普适性的流型谱图和流型转变线仍未提出。液-液两相传质研究方法包括实验研究和数值模拟两种,主要研究在液滴流、弹状流和平行流3种稳定流型下的传质过程;且相对于定性研究,定量的传质研究较少。对于微通道内液-液两相流应用研究,主要体现在萃取、材料合成、生物结晶等方面。此外,对今后微通道内液-液两相的流型、传质和应用研究进行了展望,指出需从实验与模拟计算相结合以及拓展微通道内液-液两相流的应用研究两个方面进行深入研究,推进其工业化进程。

Efficient and stable Ru(Ⅲ)-choline chloride catalyst system with low Ru content for non-mercury acetylene hydrochlorination被引量:7

Herein,we report an excellent,supported Ru(III)‐ChCl/AC catalyst with lower Ru content,where the ionic complex ChRuCl4 serves as the active component for acetylene hydrochlorination.The prepared heterogeneous Ru‐10%ChCl/AC catalyst shows excellent activity and long‐term stability.In this system,ChCl provides an environment for the ChRuCl4 to be stabilized as Ru(III),thus suppressing the reduction of the active species and the aggregation of ruthenium species during the reaction.The interaction between reactants and catalyst species was investigated by catalyst characterizations in combination with DFT calculations to disclose the effect of the ChRuCl4 complex and ChCl on the catalytic performance.This inexpensive,efficient,and long‐term catalyst is a competitive candidate for application in the hydrochlorination industry.

In Situ Growth of 3D Hierarchical ZnO@Ni_xCo_(1-x)(OH)_y Core/Shell Nanowire/Nanosheet Arrays on Ni Foam for High-Performance Aqueous Hybrid Supercapacitors被引量:1

In this study, we designed and synthesized a novel battery-type electrode featuring three-dimensional(3D) hierarchical ZnO@Ni_xCo_(1-x)(OH)_y core/shell nanowire/nanosheet arrays arranged on Nifoam substrate via a two-step protocol including a wet chemical process followed by electro-deposition. We then characterized its composition, structure and surface morphology by X-ray diff raction, energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy, EDS elemental mapping. Our electrochemical measurements show that the ZnO@Ni_(0.67)Co_(0.33)(OH)_y electrode material exhibited a noticeably high specific capacity of as much as 255(mA ·h)/g at 1 A/g. Additionally, it demonstrated a superior rate capability, as well as an excellent cycling stability with 81.6% capacity retention over 2000 cycles at 5 A/g. This sample delivered a high energy density of 64 W·h/kg and a power density of 250 W/kg at a current density of 1 A/g. With such remarkable electrochemical properties, we expect the 3D hierarchical hybrid electrode material presented in this work to have promising applications for the next generation of energy storage systems.

聚吡咯修饰的ZSM-5型分子筛在乙炔氢氯化反应中的催化性能被引量:3

合成了聚吡咯修饰的ZSM-5型分子筛(PPy-ZSM-5)材料,并通过傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、比表面积测试法(BET)确认了材料的结构特征和表面形貌,证明聚吡咯被成功的修饰在ZSM-5上。将PPy-ZSM-5作为载体制备了1%AuCl_3/PPy-ZSM-5催化剂应用于乙炔氢氯化反应,通过筛选,表现最优的是催化材料1%AuCl3/8PPy-ZSM-1 000,在体积空速180h-1的条件下,乙炔的转化率达到99%。实验结果表明,PPy的存在提高了分子筛表面导电性,提高了载体对HCl的吸附能力从而抑制了反应过程中Au3+被还原成Au0、金颗粒的团聚以及催化剂的积碳,明显的提高了催化剂的催化表现。

Electrochemical performance of MCMB/(AC+LiFePO_4) lithium-ion capacitors被引量:12

Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs) were fabricated using mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB) as a negative electrode and a mixture of activated carbon(AC) and LiFePO4 as a positive electrode(abbreviated as LAC).The phase structure and morphology of LAC samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).The electrochemical performance of the LICs was studied using cyclic voltammetry,charge-discharge rate measurements,and cycle performance testing.A LIC with 30 wt% LiFePO4 was found to have the best electrochemical performance with a specific energy density of 69.02 W h kg-1 remaining at 4 C rate after 100 cycles.Compared with an AC-only positive electrode system,the ratio of practical capacity to theoretical calculated capacity of the LICs was enhanced from 42.22% to 56.59%.It was proved that adding LiFePO4 to AC electrodes not only increased the capacity of the positive electrode,but also improved the electrochemical performances of the whole LICs via Li+ pre-doping.

淀粉基炭微球的制备及结构分析

以马铃薯淀粉为原料,采用磷酸氢二铵进行稳定化处理,然后通过炭化制得了淀粉基炭微球。采用SEM、TEM、XRD和N2吸附实验对所制得的炭微球的形貌和结构进行了表征。研究表明,实验所制备的炭微球成功地保持了原料淀粉的天然球形形貌,其碳质结构具有典型的无定形结构特点,但在其无序结构周围存在着一些炭微晶。炭微球的BET比表面积为554m2/g,总孔容为0.26cm3/g。同时,通过FT-IR对磷酸氢二铵的稳定化机理进行初步的分析,结果表明,磷酸氢二铵对淀粉的化学脱水反应具有较好的催化作用,有利于淀粉在稳定化、炭化过程中保持原有球形颗粒结构。

球形活性碳的氧化改性及其在乙炔氢氯化反应中的应用被引量:6

本文使用不同的氧化剂(O2、H2O2、HNO3)对球形活性碳(SAC)进行了氧化改性,利用BET、红外分析(FTIR)和程序升温脱附(TPD)等手段对样品的结构和吸附性能进行了表征,并在固定床装置上对其在乙炔氢氯化反应中的催化活性进行了测试。实验结果表明:使用不同的氧化剂进行改性时,改性样品的孔道结构和表面化学性质有不同的改变。当使用O2进行改性,中孔和孔容都有所增加,中孔率可达到42%;当使用H2O2进行改性,孔道结构并无大的变化,但在球形活性碳中引入了极性官能团;当使用HNO3进行改性,在引入了极性官能团的同时,中孔和孔容都有所减小,中孔率只有26%;当使用H2O2改性,反应条件为C2H2空速120h-1、温度180℃、VHCl∶VC2H2=1.05时,其初始转化率达到60%(比市售球形活性碳提高50%)。
