Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering Effect of Ordered Gold Nanoparticle Array for Rhodamine B with Different Morphologies被引量:2

In this study, well-ordered gold nanoparticle array on silicon substrate was adopted as an active surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate for detecting rhodamine B(RB), and the influence of RB morphologies on surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) properties was discussed. The Au nanoparticle array was prepared by using patterned P4 VP nanodomains of poly(styrene-b-4-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P4VP) diblock copolymer thin films as nanoreactors which is a simple and economical approach. The results show that Raman spectra of RB on the Au nanopaticle array have much stronger intensity than those on the bare silicon substrate by detecting same RB solution. It indicates that the prepared Au nanoparticle array on silicon substrate has a significant Raman enhancement for RB. Interestingly, the Raman intensity of RB from its ethanol solution is much stronger than that from its aqueous solution due to the special morphologies of RB formed in their ethanol solutions. This work provides an effective approach to prepare highly sensitive and stable surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate.

PMMA-b-PHEMA/纳米SiO_2复合材料的制备与性能被引量:3

采用分步法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(PMMA-b-PHEMA)嵌段共聚物。采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米二氧化硅进行表面改性,然后在四氢呋喃(THF)中制备出(PMMA-b-PHEMA)/纳米SiO2复合材料。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了复合材料的组成与结构,通过热重分析(TGA)、差热分析法(DTA)研究了SiO2质量分数对复合材料热性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的(PMMA-b-PHEMA)/纳米SiO2复合材料中嵌段共聚物与无机纳米SiO2相容性良好,复合材料的热稳定性优于嵌段共聚物PMMA-b-PHEMA。

有序Ag_(NW)@Au_(NP)复合纳米线的制备及其对聚(3-己基噻吩)荧光效应的影响

采用三相界面法及置换反应法,以氯金酸-乙醇溶液和无序Ag纳米线为原材料,在空白Si基底上成功制备出有序Ag纳米线(Ag_(NW))@Au纳米颗粒(Au_(NP))复合纳米线。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对有序Ag_(NW)@Au_(NP)复合纳米线形貌进行了表征与分析,研究了氯金酸-乙醇溶液浓度和置换反应的反应时间对制备Ag_(NW)@Au_(NP)复合纳米线的影响,并且结合荧光光谱及激光拉曼光谱进一步研究了一系列有序Ag_(NW)@Au_(NP)复合纳米线对共轭聚合物聚(3-己基噻吩)(P3HT)荧光效应的影响。实验结果表明,有序Ag_(NW)@Au_(NP)复合纳米线上Au_(NP)的粒径随着置换反应时间的延长或氯金酸-乙醇溶液浓度的增加而增大,该复合纳米线对P3HT的荧光效应有增强作用,但其增强效应会随置换反应进行而减弱。

Reversible Aggregation Kinetics of Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-N-vinylpyrrolidone) in Aqueous Solutions Revealed by Elastic Light Scattering Spectroscopy被引量:1

Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-N-vinylpyrrolidone) [P(NIPAM-co-NVP)] copolymers with different content of N-vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) were synthesized, and reversible aggregation kinetics of the copolymers in aqueous solutions was investigated with elastic light scattering (ELS) spectra. The results indicated that the apparent activation energy of aggregation process during heating and dissociation process during cooling increased with the NVP content increasing. The phase transition temperature also increased as the content of NVP increased, suggesting that the hydrophilic nature of NVP strongly affected the phase behavior of the copolymer solutions. The higher the content of NVP, the higher the temperature required to break the balance between the hydrophilic and hydrophobic interaction. Besides, during heating and cooling process, the phase transition hysteresis of P(NIPAM-co-NVP) chains decreased when the hydrophilic comonomer increased.

基于多孔介质模型的膜式氧合器内部流场分析被引量:5

膜式氧合器内部流体运动特性对其性能有重要影响,利用计算流体力学(CFD)对氧合器模型进行流体动力学分析是预测其性能的重要方法之一。本文基于压降实验计算氧合器纤维束的黏性阻力系数,建立了各向同性多孔介质模型。采用RNG k-ε湍流模型对不同流量下氧合器内部流场进行计算,得到了血液速度、压力和壁面剪切应力分布云图。发现随着流量的增加,氧合器内部速度梯度分布形式基本保持不变,压力分布呈倾斜状态且逐渐减小,大部分压力损失位于纤维束内,其中53.3%位于氧合室,42.6%位于变温室。氧合器血液的入口及出口位置为血液损伤的高发区域。采用溶血数值预估模型计算得到了氧合器的标准溶血指数NIH。结果表明:在低流量1.65~3.00L/min下,各向同性多孔介质模型的模拟结果与实验结果基本一致,模拟数值与实验数值的偏差会随着液体流量的增加而变大;流量为1.65~6.00L/min时,标准溶血指数NIH为0.0084~0.0835g/100L,满足人体生理允许的使用范围。

纳米银化妆品抗菌剂研制及应用被引量:5

制备纳米银溶胶,并通过透射电镜进行表征,制备所得纳米银构型近似球形、粒径分布较窄,分散性良好,未发现团聚现象,适合化妆品使用。将纳米银作为抗菌剂引入化妆品面霜组合物,当添加量为0. 04%时,平均粒径小于60 nm纳米银对细菌与霉菌都具有非常有效的抑制作用;平均粒径为10~60 nm的纳米银能抗微生物二次污染。纳米银作为化妆品抗菌剂,对细菌与霉菌体现出优越的抑菌及杀灭效果,单组分纳米银能建立有效的化妆品防腐体系。

Design and fabrication of a new fluorescence enhancement system of silver nanoparticles-decorated aligned silver nanowires被引量:5

A new substrate,aligned Ag nanowires decorated with silver nanoparticle composite structure(AgNWs@AgNPs),was fabricated to investigate metalenhanced fluorescence(MEF) and its mechanism.The new composite structure was fabricated via a three-phase interface assembly method followed by SnCl2 sensitization and AgNO3 reduction process.The size and distribution of the nanoparticles on silver nanowires increased with the sensitization and reduction cycles.The formation of AgNPs on the surfaces of AgNWs was confirmed by multiple characterization methods including scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the fluorescence intensity of the poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) on the composite structure was greatly enhanced compared with that on bare glass substrate,and the intensity increased with the increase in particle sizes and density.The mechanism was basedo n the increase in excitation rate and the radiation decay rate.The new type of substrate could serve as a good and efficient MEF substrate for high-performance fluorescence-based devices.

两亲性嵌段共聚物聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-b-聚己内酯的合成及自组装行为被引量:3

以巯基乙醇(MCE)为链转移剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,采用自由基聚合方法合成了端羟基聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP-OH)亲水链,然后用合成的PVP-OH为大分子引发剂,辛酸亚(Sn(Oct)2)为催化剂,通过对ε-己内酯(ε-CL)的开环聚合得到两亲性嵌段共聚物聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-b-聚己内酯(PVP-b-PCL)。通过核磁共振氢谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱对PVP-OH和PVP-b-PCL的结构进行了表征,凝胶渗透色谱测得PVP-b-PCL的相对分子质量分布指数(PDI)为1.57。用荧光探针方法测得PVP-b-PCL的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.0017 mg/m L。荧光探针的各向异性表明PVP-b-PCL在水溶液中首先发生自缔合作用,随后再聚集形成胶束。PVP-b-PCL浓度较低(<0.1mg/m L)时胶束平均粒径约为100 nm,浓度较高(>0.1 mg/m L)时胶束粒径约为200 nm,胶束形貌主要为球形。
