脱氮吸附剂深度脱除模拟含氮油中氮化物的研究被引量:4

将磷钨酸、甲醛气体负载于介孔分子筛SBA-15中制备脱氮吸附剂,其中SBA-15、磷钨酸、甲醛的质量比为10∶7∶3。以喹啉、吲哚和咔唑为目标氮化物,二甲苯及二甲苯和十二烷的混合液为溶剂配制模拟含氮油,考察了反应温度、氮化物类型对脱氮反应速率的影响以及磷钨酸、甲醛的脱氮机制。结果表明,磷钨酸可以有效脱除碱性氮化物和低浓度非碱性氮化物,甲醛能强化吸附剂对非碱性氮化物的选择性。在70℃、脱氮吸附剂与高浓度模拟含氮油质量比为2.0∶30.0的条件下,模拟含氮油中的氮化物在90min内可以被深度脱除。磷钨酸对碱性氮化物的脱除机制为磷钨酸和碱性氮化物间的配合作用和酸碱反应,磷钨酸对非碱性氮化物的脱除机制为氮化物和甲醛在酸催化下缩合反应生成聚合物。反应吸附剂再生回用后的脱氮能力随氮化物碱性的增强而减弱。

磷钨酸催化氧化吸附脱除模拟油中氮化物研究被引量:1

将磷钨酸、质量分数30%双氧水负载于介孔硅胶吸附剂孔中制备成脱氮剂,脱氮剂中硅胶与磷钨酸、质量分数30%双氧水的质量比为50%∶26.7%∶23.3%。以喹啉、吲哚和咔唑为模型氮化物,二甲苯及二甲苯和十二烷的混合溶液作溶剂,配制成含氮模拟油。在间歇反应器中,对磷钨酸、氧化剂的作用进行了研究,考察了温度、氮化物质量浓度和性质对脱氮反应速率的影响。结果显示:磷钨酸可以深度脱除碱性氮化物和低浓度非碱性氮化物,氧化剂能强化脱氮速率和吸附剂对氮化物的选择性。脱氮剂在温度50℃,脱氮剂与喹啉、吲哚模拟油质量比在3∶30,脱氮剂与咔唑模拟油质量比在3∶25条件下,模拟油中的氮化物90 min内被深度脱除。脱氮剂具有良好的再生性能,再生后脱氮剂的脱氮能力下降很小。

Carbon Dioxide Captured from Flue Gas by Modified Ca-based Sorbents in Fixed-bed Reactor at High Temperature被引量:8

Four kinds of Ca-based sorbents were prepared by calcination and hydration reactions using different precursors: calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, calcium acetate monohydrate and calcium oxide. The CO2 absorption capacity of those sorbents was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor in the temperature range of 350-650℃. It was found that all of those sorbents showed higher capacity for CO2 absorption when the operating temperature higher than 450℃. The CaAc2-CaO sorbent showed the highest CO2 absorption capacity of 299mg·g-1. The morphology of those sorbents was examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the changes of composition before and after carbonation were also determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results indicated that those sorbents have the similar chemical compositions and crystalline phases before carbonation reaction [mainly Ca(OH)2], and CaCO3 is the main component after carbonation reaction. The SEM morphology shows clearly that the sorbent pores were filled with reaction products after carbonation reaction, and became much denser than before. The N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms indicated that the CaAc2-CaO and CaCO3-CaO sorbents have higher specific surface area, larger pore volume and appropriate pore size distribution than that of CaO-CaO and Ca(OH)2-CaO.

Selective Removal of Nitrogen-Containing Heterocyclic Compounds from Transportation Diesel Fuels with Reactive Adsorbent被引量:4

This paper presents a new selective adsorbent to remove nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds from model and commercial transportation diesel fuels based on characteristic reaction designed to occur in the pores of substrate.This reactive adsorbent is composed of formaldehyde,phosphotungstic acid and Santa Barbara USA(SBA)-15.The experiment was based on assumed hydroxymethylation reaction of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds with formaldehyde using phosphotungstic acid as catalyst in batch and fixed-bed systems.The nitrogen concentration in the model fuel was 237.33 ng.μl-1,carbazole and toluene were used as model nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound and solvent,respectively.The effectiveness of reactive adsorbent for removal of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds from commercial 0# diesel fuel containing 224.86 ng.μl-1 nitrogen was examined in a fixed-bed reactor at 70 ℃.The results showed that nitrogen in the model fuel was very low and the nitrogen concentration in the commercial diesel reduced to 2.44 ng.μl-1.The demand for transportation fuel with ultra-low nitrogen is satisfied.

为深度脱除燃油中苯并噻吩类硫化物,采用质量分数69.8%浓硝酸作为催化剂和氧化剂,负载于硅胶吸附剂孔中制备成脱硫剂,在间歇反应器中,常温常压操作条件下处理质量分数1 000×10-64,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)模型油。结果显示:脱硫剂在温度45℃,吸附剂与催化剂负载质量比1∶0.75,吸附剂与燃油质量比1∶30条件下,模型油中的4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩硫化物90 min后被完全脱除。燃油中芳烃的存在对脱硫速率影响很小,而燃油中的饱和水分可导致脱硫速率快速下降。再生后脱硫剂的脱硫能力下降很小。由于脱硫反应发生在吸附剂的孔中,脱硫后油品的腐蚀性可以达到国家燃油质量标准。

Rapid synthesis of CNTs@MIL-101(Cr) using multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) as crystal growth accelerator

In this work,hybrid material CNTs@MIL-101(Cr) was synthesized in 2 h using multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) as the crystal growth accelerator with hydrothermal method.The characteristic differences between the crystals of CNTs@MIL-101(Cr) and MIL-101 were investigated by N_2 adsorption–desorption isotherms,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The results showed that MWCNTs embedding in the hybrid material provide more mesoporous volumes than that of MIL-101.Moreover,the fast synthesized crystals of CNTs@MIL-101(Cr) still preserve the octahedral shape like MIL-101 and have a larger size ranging from 1.5 to 2.0 μm which were approximately three times larger than that of MIL-101.In the proposed mechanism,the roles of MWCNTs played in the crystallization were discussed where MWCNTs can be seen as coaxial cylindrical tubes composed of multi-layer graphenes and the place where nucleation and crystal growth processes occur at the tubes' out surface.Then,a crystal seeding layer bonding with the MWCNTs may be easily formed which accelerates the growth rate of MIL-101 crystals.Thus,larger crystals of CNTs@MIL-101(Cr) were formed due to the faster crystal growth rate of MIL-101.

Pd/C催化氧化吸附脱除燃油中噻吩类硫化物研究被引量:4

脱硫剂由Pd/C、异丙醇、氢氧化钠和去离子水组成。采用正辛烷作溶剂分别配制以噻吩、二苯并噻吩、4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩为模型硫化物的模拟油。采用N2吸附等温线、SEM、TEM、XRD对Pd/C结构特征进行了表征。表征结果显示Pd/C的比表面积为1 836 m^2/g,孔容为0.98 cm^3/g,根据其I型吸附等温线可知其绝大部分孔为微孔。由Pd/C的SEM和TEM图可以看出Pd的纳米颗粒比较均匀地分布于碳材料上,Pd金属纳米粒子的直径约3—5 nm。XRD图显示Pd的纳米晶体颗粒的(111)、(200)、(220)和(311)典型晶面的存在,并且负载的Pd大多数是存在于活性炭孔内。采用间歇反应器在60℃温度下,脱硫剂可在3 h内将燃油中硫的质量分数从250 mg/kg降到10 mg/kg以下,从而得到低硫燃油,脱硫剂在FCC汽油中得到较好的验证。Pd/C既作为原位产生过氧化氢的催化剂,又是吸附砜类硫化物的吸附剂,洗脱再生后仍具有较好的催化和脱硫性能。
