Recognition of amino acids and anions by a Zn(Ⅱ)-methylazacalix[4]pyridine complex

As a powerful macrocyclic host molecule with unique conformation and cavity structure that are fine-tuned by the bridging nitrogen atoms, methylazacalix[4]pyridine (MACP-4) has been shown to selectively recognize Zn2+ and form stable Zn(Ⅱ)-MACP-4 complexes both in solid state and solution with an association constant up to 5.97 (logKs). The molecular recognition of Zn(Ⅱ)-MACP-4 complexes towards various amino acids and anions with different geometry was investigated by using the spectral titration methods and X-ray analysis. The Zn(Ⅱ)-MACP-4 complex was found to recognize the 17 amino acids tested with the association constant up to 3.97 (logKs). On the other hand, the Zn(Ⅱ)-MACP-4 complex selectively interacted with anions and the maximum association constant of 3.9 (logKs) was obtained.

研究了在有机胶凝剂中掺杂的席夫碱化合物的结构和性质.实验发现,虽然席夫碱分子单独不能在有机溶剂中形成凝胶,当其与一种胶凝剂N,N′-双十八烷基-L-Boc-谷氨酸混合时,它们在二甲基亚砜或甲苯中形成透明的有机凝胶.与相应的溶液相比,观察到在有机凝胶中的荧光增强现象,并且这一增强与席夫碱的结构有密切关系.在二甲基亚砜的有机凝胶中,观察到带有长烷基链的席夫碱具有诱导手性.表明通过凝胶的形成,胶凝剂的手性能传递到带有长链的席夫碱上.

The surface rubbing effect on morphologies of LC droplets and electro-optic properties of flexible PDLC films被引量:2

The flexible polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) film with threshold voltage V10 and saturation driving voltage V90 as low as 0.34 V/μm and 0.77 V/μm,respectively,has been prepared successfully by polymerization induced phase separation (PIPS). The surface rubbing effect on morphologies of liquid crystals (LC) droplets and electro-optic properties of PDLC films has been studied experimentally and theoretically. We use a CVC (Color Video Camera) and a SEM (Scan Electron Microscope) to detect and characterize morphologies of LC droplets in the net of polymer. The result reveals that almost all the smaller LC droplets exhibit in the rubbing direction uniformly,and the texture of PDLC is similar to that of H-PDLC. Meanwhile,compared with the sample of the non-rubbing disposal,the response time declines evidently by 11.2 ms (i.e.,the rising time τrise) and 27.2 ms (i.e.,the decaying time τdown),and the contrast ratio is improved from 18.5 to 35.9. Such a result can be attributed to the surface rubbing effect.

谷氨酸低分子量有机凝胶的药物控制释放行为被引量:1

低分子量的有机胶凝剂组装形成的有机凝胶可应用于药物缓释体系.本研究中,使用亲水的钙黄绿素和疏水的布洛芬为模型分子,研究其在谷氨酸衍生物有机凝胶体系中的缓释行为.研究表明,与药物分子与有机胶凝剂简单混合的体系相比,亲水或疏水的药物分子在有机凝胶体系中的释放速度显著减缓.SEM的研究发现药物粒子嵌入在有机凝胶的三维网络中,因此,有机凝胶的三维网络结构可认为是实现药物缓慢释放的基质,药物分子从网络中的释放受限导致了其从有机凝胶中的缓释行为.

Preparation of optical active polydiacetylene through gelating and the control of supramolecular chirality被引量:4

Achiral diacetylene 10,12-pentacosadinoic acid (PCDA) and a chiral low-molecular-weight organogelator could form co-gel in organic solvent and it could be polymerized in the presence of Zn(II) ion or in the corresponding xerogel under UV-irradiation. Optically active polydiacetylene (PDA) were subsequently obtained. Supramolecular chirality of PDA could be controlled by the chirality of gelators. Left-handed and right-handed helical fibers were obtained by using Land D-gelators in xerogels respectively, and CD spectra exhibited mirror-image circular dichroism. The PDA in xerogel exhibited typical blue-to-red transition responsive to the temperature and pH, while the supramolecular chirality of PDA showed a corresponding change.

甲基氮杂杯[4]吡啶(MACP-4)是具有独特构象和空腔结构的大环主体分子在客体存在的情况下,它可以通过桥连氮原子的自调节作用而调节整个分子的空腔及构象,以实现对客体最大程度的识别作用.MACP-4对Zn2+具有选择性识别,无论是在固相还是溶液中,它都可以和Zn2+形成稳定的复合物(Zn(II)-MACP-4),结合常数可达5.97(logKs).本文以Zn(Ⅱ)-MACP-4为主体,研究了其与17种氨基酸以及具有不同几何形状的阴离子的识别行为,结果Zn(Ⅱ)-MACP-4对17种氨基酸均具有不同程度的识别,结合常数最高可达3.97(logKs),Zn(Ⅱ)-MACP-4对阴离子的识别具有选择性,其中对PF6-的识别作用最强,结合常数可达3.9(logKs).
