双酚A型聚醚醚酮水基分散液及涂层的制备被引量:7

Aimed at making high-performance coatings,the UV-crosslinking behavior of bisphenol A-type poly(ether ether ketone) were studied. A homogeneous aqueous dispersion of this soluble poly(ether ether ketone) was successfully obtained through polymer emulsion formation and then the solvent evaporation. The uniform particles(~150 nm) could be formed when mass fraction of the polymer in chloroform was ranged from 3% to 25%. The coating could be prepared via spray-coating method from above concentrated aqueous dispersion and some processing aids. We found the UV crosslinked layers had better hardness,adhesions and solvent-resistance than the ones without UV irradiation.

聚芳醚酮是一类具有优异的耐热性、耐疲劳性、耐辐射性及化学稳定性的特种工程塑料,已广泛应用于航天、电子、信息、核能和微电子等领域^[1,2]。由于传统的聚芳醚酮不溶于一般的有机溶剂,限制了这类高性能聚合物在某些领域中的应用。因此,我们制备了既有优良热性能又有良好溶解性的聚芳醚酮^[3]。

A series of poly(arylene ether ketone)s carrying 3-methoxyphenyl side group from 3-methoxy-phenylhydroquinone and difluoro monomers via copolymerization reaction were prepared.Then those polymers were sulfonated by stirring in concentrated sulfuric acid at room temperature.The structure and property of the polymers were characterized and studied.All of the polymers were easity cast into tough membrance.The obtained sulfonated polymers exhibited a good thermal stability,a high proton conductivity(>0.90 S/cm at 80 ℃)and excellent mechanical properties.

新型芳基硫醇的合成及在聚芳醚砜紫外交联中的应用

通过假高稀反应和芳香亲核取代反应成功制备了一种新型芳基三硫醇,其与烯丙基聚醚砜(c-PAES)的混合体系在光引发剂TPO的作用下能极大地增强聚醚砜体系的紫外交联速度.研究结果表明,按官能团摩尔比1∶1的比例添加芳基三硫醇的聚醚砜体系在紫外交联情况下,其最终双键转化率提高了1倍左右,而且体系的光反应速率有了极大的提高.交联后聚合物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)升高了约20℃,并有较好的热稳定性,可作为耐高温材料使用.

Six highly fluorinated poly(arylene ether)s were prepared by using a nucleophilic polycondensationreaction and their sulfonation selectivity was investigated.Single site of each repeated unit on pendant phenylgroup could be obtainedviathe postsulfonation approach under mild reaction conditions.Phenylated fluorina-ted poly(arylene ether)(Ph-FPAE) showed more excellent controllability over substituted sites and sulfonationdegree when chlorosulfonic acid was used as sulfonation reagent.The resulting sulfonated Ph-FPAE(Ph-SF-PAE) exhibited good thermal stability,solubility and hot-water dimensional stability,and also had a protonconductivity of 0.10 S/cm at 100℃.The results showed that Ph-SFPAE might be a candidate material forproton exchange membrane in fuel cell applications.
